I need to know WHY my foster mom just starts laughing at me while I am patiently waiting for her to throw the ball for me. I do just what I'm supposed to do - sit, run after the ball, catch the ball (quite impressive catching I might add), bring it back, drop it at her feet, sit again, make eye contact and wait...so WHY DOES SHE SOMETIMES JUST START LAUGHING AT ME rather than throw the ball??
